Return & Exchange

At Sports Orbit, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. For any reason, if you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  •  Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  •  Items must not have been damaged, broken, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  •  We do not accept returns on men’s & women’s undergarment apparel, for hygiene reasons.
  • Please contact our customer support team at support@sportsorbit.pk before initiating any return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange Process

  • Contact Customer Support: Email our customer support team to request a Return or Exchange.
  • Prepare the Item(s): Make sure all item(s) are in their original condition with all tags attached when repackaged.
  • Shipping the Item(s): Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Quality Check: Our team will inspect the product once we receive it.
  • Refund or Exchange: Based on the inspection results, we will process a refund or exchange as requested.

Exchange Policy

  •  Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size, color, or style.
  •  Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item.

Partial Refund Policy

  • Partial Return of Item: If a customer returns only a portion of a multi-item purchase, they will receive a refund corresponding to the value of the returned item(s).
  • Discounts or Promotions: If a discount or promotion was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount may reflect the adjusted price after applying the discount.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply for certain returned items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges incurred for the original purchase may not be fully refunded. The refund amount may exclude the initial shipping cost or deduct the cost of return shipping.
  • Item Condition: If the returned item is damaged or used, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the diminished value of the item.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Items that are customized or personalized may be subject to a partial refund based on the non-customized portion of the item.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
